I graduated from the Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2008, where I chose to focus on injury and therapeutic massage, and was offered a job that moved me to Alaska for 8 years. There I worked with specialized Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and Doctors to help with pre and post-surgeries, and healing breaks and tears in bones and tissues. I have also worked extensively with headaches, migraines and neck injuries.
I’ve learned through my experience that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself and I love to assist it along its way. Although I now help to heal others, I have suffered with anxiety my whole life and have experienced severe, almost debilitating panic attacks since 2013. As a result, I began studying and researching the brain to see what I could do to not only help myself but those around me. I enjoy my work and my goal is to help every client that comes through the door.
As a Life Coach, I bring greater insight into the healing process beyond the body and enjoy helping people overcome injury, pain, stress, and anxiety to live a more fulfilling life.
I live in Cedar City, Utah and enjoy kayaking, hiking, biking, and playing the ukulele.
I had lived with depression for years before learning for myself the cause of my struggle. I spent the next 8 years gaining all the knowledge I could while studying with my Doctors and Counselors. My research has taught me how my brain and body work together and affect each other, and it quickly became apparent that the things I was learning were not generally being taught anywhere.
I have been sharing my story and helping others heal since 2014. As a Certified Life Coach, my passion is to teach people how to work effectively with their current thought processes and change them into something that better serves their goals and dreams.
I live in Cedar City, Utah, and am the mother of 9 and grandmother of 24 (and counting)!
