Yoga

Enhanced with 2 types of Ayurvedic Breathing in two sessions.  Focus your energy and elevate your awareness.

Meditation

Quiet the mind and finally experience peaceful sleep.  Intro to Theta Work with practical teaching.  Open up to your creative self again.

Massage

One 30-minute session promotes healing.  Swedish or Deep Tissue, your choice.  Lighten the load you carry.  Take care of yourself and create new space to receive.

Affirmation

Individualized for success.  Practical ideas and methods.  Move from darkness back into light.

Mentoring

Group sessions geared for a mind shift from cursing and anger to blessing and gratitude.
